IHM Pusa has brought home the Trophy in the National Cuisine category and 22 medals in various other categories at the prestigious Biser Mora 2025 Culinary Competition held in Croatia. Guided by faculty mentor Mr. Raunak Arora, our students \u2014 Shreeya Madan, Vinayak Prakash Upadhyaya, Kunal Tanwar, and Kaustav Das \u2014 showcased the rich heritage of Indian cuisine through exceptional skill, creativity, and teamwork. The event saw participation from over 650 competitors representing 37 countries, making this victory a true mark of excellence on the global stage. Representing India and NCHM, the team\u2019s outstanding performance not only earned accolades from the international culinary community but also reaffirmed IHM Pusa\u2019s reputation as a premier institution in hospitality education. “Modern problems need modern solutions” perfectly sums up the spirit of the team from IHM Pusa, who emerged victorious in the inaugural Future Leaders Annual Group Submission Hospitality Industry Project (FLAGSHIP) conducted by HVS ANAROCK HOPE 2023.

The competition brought together students from some of the most esteemed hospitality schools in the world, who presented their vision on the Foresight Challenge: The journey of an Upscale Hotel Guest in 2033. Despite facing stiff competition, the IHM Pusa team stood out with their innovative ideas, thorough research, and practical solutions.

Their hard work and dedication paid off as they were declared the winners, receiving a cash prize of $7,500.
